Invited Speakers

Meeting Format

Invited Lecture Sessions: Thirty minute time slots for each invited lecturer, including questions.

Poster Sessions: Two separate poster sessions will be held, one on Thursday/Friday late afternoon and one on Saturday late afternoon. Each of these contributed presentations has a two-minute oral summary followed by a light reception with poster display and discussion. The same posters will be displayed on Thursday and Friday, but the two-minute talks for this group will be on Thursday only. Three prizes for best poster presentations are awarded at the Sunday lunch.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided on all days. There will be a light reception to accompany the poster displays and discussion. For evening meals following the talks and light reception, participants are free to sample the many restaurants in and around Berkeley and San Francisco.

• Undergrads: $75

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 1/4/2026. Same day registration is welcome, but PLEASE email Caitlin Dabatos by 1/4/2026 if you plan to do this so we can plan for food properly.

Posters: We do not need an abstract. For poster size, the foam core boards on the easels to which the posters are pinned are 36in X 48in. (They can be set on the easel either way.) Poster titles must be provided no later than Sunday, January 4, 2026.
